What's a monthly active user (MAU)?
Monthly active users are calculated as the total number of users who interact with your website or app in any given month. You won’t be charged for inactive users who may be in your database but don’t log any activity during a given month.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade, downgrade to another plan or to the free plan, at any time in your account settings. Upgrades are immediate, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I try HelpHero for free?
Yes, we’d love you to give HelpHero a go. Our free plan lets you enjoy all the features we offer with no limits for up to 100 users. Stay on the free plan for as long as you like, or upgrade to a paid plan that best fits your needs at any time in your account settings.
What if I exceed my plan’s MAU limit?
We’ll email you when your account reaches 100% of your MAU limit. You can choose to upgrade your account or stay on your current plan. If you stay on your current plan and your account exceeds 120% of your MAU limit, we’ll pause your tours until the next billing cycle.
What if I decide to cancel?
Not a problem. Simply downgrade to the free plan in your account settings. Just remember that downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
